Henchmen and Hired Swords (1)

Morning Gents (and ladies)

Recently I have been busy but I've had enough time to throw toghethor a couple of models; An orc pit fighter (you've got human pit fighters, why wouldnt you have orc ones to?) and secondly another member of my salty pirate crew.

So first up is the Pit fighter. He's made of several differant Orc and Ork pieces. He has a 40k biker body, a 40k Boyz helmet, fantasy arms and legs and A nob fist, trimmed down with spikes stuck on.

Then next up is the newest addition to my pirate orc Crew. Everybody meet Stumpy... Thats not his name, well it is for now. On his back he has A telescope and choppa, the piece is from the 40k stormboys sprue. I made two small rounded beads of greenstuff and put the on each end. I also removed the pin from it so now it looks like a telescope.

Well, thats all for now.

Happy Gaming

run and HYDE!!

Ahoy.

I'm taking part in a sculpting challenge over on http://trollsforge.proboards.com/index.cgi , The requirements of the challenge are it has to be a "Monster!". I spent a while thinking about it and then thought of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. So I'm going to create a model based on Mr. Hyde.

Heres my concept art (if you can call it art). As you can see we have a very nicly drawn "my-pen-wont-work" squiggle in the bottom right hand corner and one just forming in the eyeline of the humanoid in the centre of the page. I wanted him in a sort of werewolf squatting possition as my origional idea was to have a werewolf in a suit and top hat with cane.

Progress on the sculpt will start soon.
Many thanks
Connor.

Da Kaptains in town...

Evening all, I recently made Kaptain Gitsnik. I would have uploaded pictures earlier but my camara memory card went walkabouts and then I remembered! its in my shorts pocket... which is in the wash... Frak... Luckily it still works. But anyway, to the models.

I posed the arms like that so it looks like he's leading the boys into a battle. Kinda pointing the way. But onto on of the mates (big un)

I made him with a sword from the ogre bulls box. It counts as a choppa. Good for taking of heads. next up is a member of the crew.

If your wondering what that thing is on his belly, its a belly button. It will look better when painted. I hope.

So thats all for now lads, more images over the long weekend. Hopefully.
